Hello everyone! I just wanted to advise that since July 8 we are occasionally experiencing problems with our check-out process when using a credit card. What you might see when you check out is “Internal Server Error” or something to that affect. Though this is what you might see, we are still getting orders coming through. We are sometimes seeing them come through multiple tmes; when that happens, we cancel any duplicates and void or refund duplicate payments as soon as detected.
If you experience this symptom, please wait a few minutes, then check your email for an order confirmation. If you don’t have one, please submit again or contact us for resolution.
Also, please let us know whether you did experience such a problem when using a credit card. Every piece of information we can gather will help us get to a solution sooner.
